It is so interesting to see them prepare the gelato right before you. Looked like a very delicious, cool and crazy science project gone wrong when they poured the nitrogen into the mixer. I had the Creme Brulee & Oreo Cheesecake Gelato. The texture was similar to other gelato that I’ve tried before. But the flavour was good. I have an intense desire to come back to try the Intense Chocolate flavour. =)
