Their curries and dishes are bland, they’re fried meats used to be their one redeeming factor, but is now just as bland. They overcharge for the food and provide lousy service. The crowning jewel is that the restaurant is absolutely filthy. Don’t even bother eating here.
It used to be my favourite restaurant for cheap eat but they taste and ambience is now different. Outside used to be under the tree dining and now it have been taken over by the council and done something else so dining is all done indoor in the premise. The roti canai used to be a bomb and something seems missing. The taste is just 65% there and the lacking of 35% is unknown with the curry is diluted and not much of flavour. Not sure if it could go back to its old glory.
Very good banana leaf! Their curries are great, and so is the roti. Quite crispy and good serving size. The staff are quite efficient too. Although a bit pricier than other stores, I’d pay for it!
One year later and here I am again at Raju Restaurant. Raju Restaurant has been popular among the locals. Come down to Raju on a weekend and it is packed with families and friends indulging in Banana Leaf Rice and Roti Canai.  But don’t worry, there are usually plenty of seats around Raju as people come and go quickly.
