First of all, Pizza San Francisco deserve a ‘zero’ star. Unfortunately, I should give a star at least in order for me to post this review. If not, it won’t proceed.My experience here is I feel really dissapointed with their cleanliness.I ordered two warm water, one spaghetti, one chicken chop and one creme brulee.1. The warm water is not clean, I noticed there is some dirt in the water.2. The knife is not washed properly because I saw some stains on it.3. The bowl that is used to serve creme brulee is broken on the edge.When I went and report to the cashier, she just said okay and thee is no sorry from her side.I feel very very dissatisfied and disappointed when they can’t keep the cleanliness but they feel no guilt in taking the money from the customers.Need alot of improvement.> Time/Day/Date of incident :8.30pm, Wednesday, 24th April 2019.> Staffs incharge:Three female staffs (new) and one male.Note : The food and the cleanliness are much more better than the previous visit of mine to this place, 2 months ago.I will not recommend this place to other people.
Had lunch at this restaurant after almost 2 years not visiting it. The service was super bad. The staff were all unprofessional. It was only me and my mom at the place and no one else but the staffs were so noisy, playing with order bells and talking/yelling loudly. Food came super slow, even though it was just 1 pan fried fish and 1 soup. When it came, it wasn’t even hot. And the fish portion was too small for Rm18. I used to love coming to this restaurant growing up but I guess I’m never returning again. I would rate 0 star if I could. Not recommended and not surprising why people stopped coming.
