The cold tsukemen was a little harder to chew as they are following the Japanese recipe. You might want to request for the noodles to be cooked a little longer or opt for the thinner noodles if you prefer a softer texture.Roasted pork ramen wasn’t really their signature but surprisingly better than the tsukemen (personal opinion, of course). Soup tasted really good!
