The main attraction to the place is the ambience, its amazing and cozy and the waitress is friendly and polite, however the food was not that great(i came in for a late lunch). The burger was served with burnt wedges and the pizza crust is as it was from yesterdays batch.
I used to go and enjoy my Guinness there. It used to be RM21 per pint which i think it’s reasonable for its quality. But recently when I returned it has become RM25 even though its still during happy hour. Well, not my favourite happy hour place anymore sadly.
First time ate here (many months), the food was f*ucking delicious. Nowadays they may just modify the dishes however they want..which sucks. Sometimes forgetting one ingredient as mentioned in the menu. Wish they would stop experimenting the food with customers as it can cause a wide range of experience with different customers..
On 16th march I went to this restaurant with my wife and sister to have dinner and drinks. We went there because my sister frequently goes there. We ordered the pork platter to share since it was the dinner specials. Later that night, all of us has stomach ache and were going to the toilet all night. We couldn’t have a good night sleep due to the pain and frequent toilet visits.The following morning, I called the restaurant to tell them about the incident and so happen the person I was talking to recognized us from the night before. She mentioned that she will inform her supervisor who will be in later that afternoon. She said she would call back. No one called that afternoon. Later that evening, I called instead to follow up. The same girl picked up and said that the supervisor said that he cannot handle the issue and had to wait for the Manager who would come back in a few days’ time and will contact me. It’s been almost 2 weeks and no calls since the incident.If anybody is thinking about this place, please think again. Thank you…
