RIFNOR CAFE has been established since 1990. The owner is Malaysian Couple. During 1990, the owner were a street hawker. But after few years they got an offer to open a physical shop in front of Masjid Jameatus Solehah, Pekan Dengkil on 1995. The restaurant is still owned by En. Ariff Ahmad & Siti Normah.
