This is another success story of rags to riches stall to shop. They used to operate from a stall underneath high tension cable, subject to the mercy of Mother Nature. Now, they’ve got a proper shop which is doing brisk business. Their menu has also expanded to noodles if you don’t want porridge. There are few different types of porridge available. This is minced pork with century egg, added with salted egg. Topped with chopped spring onion and fried rice vermicelli, it’s quite the thing to have when you want something warm without being too oily.
