Thinly sliced pork bellly using Iberico pig and pan-fried till to perfection. Each bite is so delightfully crispy and exudes the ‘kriukk kriukk’ sound that gets you hooked on for more! No joke but simply spectacular, serious! Conveniently bite-sized sushi with a crispy skin on the outside but remains soft within. The roll is made up of unagi, eel sauce and cucumber. Good bites of nuance by the crispy exterior, would be better if the mayo is lighter so as not to overshadow the dainty taste of unagi.
