Featuring pretty much the standard items you will find in other Kopitiam, Kheng’s when I walked in at about 3.30pm, almost packed to the rim with customers. Now, the ambiance is also the usual – dark furnitures and fittings and with option of sitting inside or outside. From the menu I opted and packed back the fresh cucumber lime (RM5.50), mee hoon soup (RM6.80) and bubur kacang hijau/green bean sweet porridge (RM3.20)I waited maybe for 5 minutes for the items and back home, makan time.The cucumber drink was truly refreshing, the bubur, my favourite and this one was not too bad without being overly sweet and the noodle soup, a filling portion and quite okay in taste. Â Prices somewhat seem more reasonable compared to such similar eateries.
