Raved by foodies and bloggers, after running errands at Bukit Rimau, I was here at about 1.30pm with my co-pilot. Â Quite crowded with the lunch time/office crowd, we sat inside and the menu? Very limited. Anyway, co-pilot had fried kuey teow (no pork and no lard as requested) and I, pork noodles served with cili padi. After tasting the dishes while sipping the barley ice and chrysanthemum tea, what can I say except that I don’t think I will return to Uncle Vincent and for such a meal, Restoran Kian Kiat (will post later) where I packed back the tom yam soup will be better. Â However, for reasons I can’t comprehend, for the half an hour we were at Uncle Vincent, more and more customers were streaming in!!
