Had a chance to try the food during the opening week and the food was really tasty. The ayam kampung served ( I tried the one cooked with sambal) was tender and tasty. Quite a generous portion too. The compound was clean and hence made it more attractive to eat. Simple setup so one can focus on the food. The dishes are many, so I guess one will need to come back a few times to try the various combinations. For my first time, the sambal chicken, salted egg, an omelette  and the ulams made my day. Food was cooked in small batches so go early, before 12pm to get the first batch of freshly cooked food.  The shop also has a few sinks to wash hand and Muslim pray facility which makes it very convenient for customers. I do believe that the food options here caters very well to the Malaysian and ASEAN crowds.
