Using only the best ingredients, the Choco Full Option is one very rich piece of cake. The attention to detail in its craftsmanship is evident in every bite. Made with Valrhona French 66% dark chocolate and Steffi’s German Raspberry Jam. This gives a nice balance between sweet bitterness and sourish taste turns this Choco Full Option into a truly luxurious indulgence.
I personally will rate this cake A++! A great mixture of different textures from the layers of Philadelphia cream cheese, sponge cake with pineapple cubes and crunchy biscuit base, such a pleasing experience without overly sweet.We paired this A+ Nanas with a cup of fragrant sugar plum flower tea (complimentary and refillable) from Korea.
