Dined in at viva home branch. Service was basically non existence and food was below average and thats what ruined our dining experience. Each table was given 5 to 6 labels that represent the type of food you would like to order, just drop the labels at the designated box and food will be served to you. We waited for 30min for the hot pot and an hour for the meat to be cooked and served to us (buffet was limited to 1.5 hours each table). We spend most of our time waiting and not eating. What makes matter worst is the staffs cant understand English nor Malay and werent helpful at all. The steamed egg was probably the best out of the whole nightmare but it took countless reminders to the restaurant manager and it only arrived 15mim before our dining time limit.
