This restaurant has very fresh and nature like vibe. It is decorated with green plants and bamboo all around. The food is inspired by concept of healthy home made cooking. We ordered Samsui Ginger Chicken signature meal with garlic source and it was very tasty.I loved the Sweet and Sour Pork with Pineapple dish here and I generally dislike pork that’s how good it was. My other favourite dishes were Steam Egg and Beggar Bowl Tofu.
The herbal soup was light and delectable. Ideal for someone like me who always feel tired and stressed up due to lack of sleep. The soup didn’t instantly pump up my energy but sure I liked how it awoke my senses and made me happy. Not too overpowering with the smell of ginger roots and kei chi/wolfberries and with tender chicken pieces.
