His humility and impartiality is a perfect balance for the quintessential bartender; leaving you the space for solitude while being present whenever needed.Sam’s cocktails vary from the classics to the oriental. With many mixes imported from japan, like Zen (green tea alcohol) and his signature Japanese Gin, be prepared to experience a refreshing night out if you decide to order off the menu.Of the various visits I’ve made, The Bar has managed to stay well below the noise threshold, leaving a much sought after space for intimate gatherings; a rarity worth paying the premium for.Definitely a must visit, for rumor has it that the 4 short years of low key mixology have spelled the finale of an excellent premise. So head down real soon before you miss the man behind the bar!
