The weather has been wet and cool lately, it is time for our requisite gooey delight, the indulgent fondue. Hot soup of melted cheese and white wine bubbling over a burner, it is eaten by dunking cubes of bread in it, ask for Kirsch Wasser for that extra pep! A fun and truly warming treat we could not resist so we had both types:- Maison and Ziger(with special herbed cheese) Our tradition, we always look forward to the cheese crust at the bottom of the pot, possibly the best bit and always greedily fought over.Great apps to start with like Crab rösti, a cake of fried grated potatoes with spicy crab meat, sizzling escargot and shrimp bisque crab meat soup.We have been coming here for eons because it is an establishment that we know that it will give us a reliable and classic local fondue experience. We love the authentic rustic chalet atmosphere and it gives you a kind of alpine hut feel. Service: friendly and attentive.
Absolutely authentic Swiss food in a rustic athmosphere, typically and lovely decorated in a Swiss country restaurant style. This is by far one of the best restaurants in Kuala Lumpur, highly recommended – not only for Swiss people, but for everyone who loves great food in a lovely environment.
