I was quite a frequent visitor before the fire tragedy. The food were all great, love the quirky pasta, price very2 reasonable. Adter the fire, only went there 3 times (a couple months of gap inbetween each visit) all 3 times had really bad experience. 2 times during peak hours, 1 time during not so busy, but still had to wait for so long! Imagine having to wait over 2 hours for 3 meals, and then watching those who came later than us already got their order, finish eating and then left first. I mean we came there hungry, theres no way ypu can not not get angry. sometimes i still feel like going there but thinking of the lousy service, i drop the idea right away.
Food was really great, price is reasonable for the food taste. The ambience was nice too. It’s just the staffs weren’t attentive & friendly. Had to wait long just to sit & they come to clean the table, even longer to even get the menu & be served.
The food here is great, and the drinks are also quite well done. The Permaisuri is one of the best items off the menu, and most of the other burgers are also very good. The appetizers are nice, especially the nachos, and the Creamy Pasta is a wonderful alfredo. Their Malaysian rice and noodle dishes are also surprisingly good, and they’ve got a quite wide selection of choices as well. Overall, the food is good and options are varied. The service is however somewhat slow, especially when there are many customers. The place becomes incredibly full at night, resulting in the poor staff being quite overburdened with the staggering amount of orders. The result is that you’ll need to wait a while to order, and even longer for your food to arrive. The upside is that the staff are all fairly nice people.
