This staff would rather have a chit chat with the cashier staff and ignored us. This photo was petty-fully taken by me after I had waved and called for this staff(who walked close by our table) to take our order. I came here with my grandpa who just wanted to have some tea time. I understand the staff might’ve had an order but I called for him the second time ten minutes later and he looked and waved us off. And proceeded to chit chat with the cashier staff, and he didn’t seem bothered or embarrassed as I watched him. My mother also went to order drinks at the beverage area since nobody wanted to come over, and all the staffs ignored her and turned their backs(one even looked at her and then went to get himself a drink and ignored her). By the way, a lot of take away orders or customers was also assisted by these staffs when they did exactly what my mom did, so it’s not that we are not allowed to other there. They just didn’t care and was rude. (when my mom was there they also served new customers that walked over after her) And they took orders of other tables that newly came in, and ignored our table. Terrible service please don’t come here for the drinks. (In the photo) The staff I called for twice would rather take orders from the table behind me.
Air conditioned food court with lots of stalls operating both day and night. You ll be spoiled with lots of options ranging from chinese, malay, korean to western. We tried couple of stalls and i highly recommend the porridge stall. They serve amazing porridge that is thick, aromatic and they are not stingy with the seafood. Of note, I only place an order if the chinese boss is cooking the porridge. The nasi lemak and daichao stall is worth trying out too.
