The food and service are good but i wont say perfect for fine dining.the price is also not very expensive, just slightly higher than normal chinese food.
Went there recently wanting to eat good dim sum dishes on new years. We remember how horrible the service was but thinking that it might be better now and the food was actually really good, we reserved for a spot. Went there, was put at the back of the restaurant because they couldnt find my mom’s name and we’ve reserved a spot the day before. Ordered the food and despite being there super early, we had to wait for half an hour for our food to arrive. My dad asked for a bowl of chilli sauce and instead of saying alright to his request, the manager rudely pointed and said ‘there’ to the little bowl right infront of him. He then said he doesnt eat the sweet soya sauce that comes with it so can he please get just a bowl of chilli sauce, his request was ignored and he had to wait 15 more minutes to remind the manager yet again about the chilli sauce. The second incident was when we wanted to order again and he looked and nod his head. Instead of coming to us to get our order he went to another table and took theirs first and made us wait another 5-10 mins for him to take our orders. If you’re hungry, I suggest that you don’t come here. The manager’s service was horrible but the staff are okay. They’re polite but they are so ‘busy’ that you can barely see them anywhere. Ordering is such a pain because of that. The dishes are all amazing tho. They’re really good and delicious. Almost everything that we ordered came out really good. I especially like the carrot cake and one of the dumplings. Might come again for the food but we’ve had enough bad service for the year.
