  Walked into a eerie environment where customers service was really bad and lousy. Nobody greeted me and there seemed to be two waiters behind the counter who were busy chatting away and only after a few minutes a young lady approached me with a menu with no greeting. I’ve gotten myself the Lamb Sizzling Nasi Lemak and they never cared about telling me the duration of time the dish would take. My parents have gotten their food way earlier than me but I didn’t really mind. While waiting for my food, my parents had already told me that the food was not nice and it tasted unnatural unlike the usual coconut flavored delicacy.At the time my food had arrived at our table, my parents had already gotten halfway into their meal. Like I said, I’ve ordered the Lamb Sizzling Nasi Lemak and my rice should have came in with a nicer presentation. Instead, what I had encounter was a lady who had placed my lamb meat and gravy with a uneasy face. She had the impression as if my food was rotten and it smelt really bad. She even covered her nose with a tissue and slid my food on my table. While eating, the same lady who had passed our menus gave us our resit which was wet and soggy, what a way to receive a resit? The after effects? We ate around 8.30pm and finished our so called meal at 9.00pm and me and my parents felt really bloated. We would have understood if we had eaten a bit later but we did eat as usual on a daily basis. We are currently chugging down a couple of cans of cola so that we get rid of the bloated sensation. I really hope you could at least improve the customers service which could start with a simple greeting. Aside from that, please do improve on the quality of the food.
