I had lamb shank and aglio olio. both of it was average. okaylah. maybe i hope so high for the taste, but it was not as i expected. Above all, it was okaylah. The environment was nice. Its lovely, but the food..hmm.
We ordered desserts which were carrot cake & cucur udang. The cucur udang was served hot & crispy. It was very delicious. My friend loved her local coffee. Will come by next time with family to try their main meals.
Food is good, most of the dishes are fusion, eg.with a hint of Arabic spices. Briyani must try it was delish! Steak was a good medium, I like it when restaurants serve proper doneness for meats. Portions are slightly big, price is very reasonable. Forgot to try their homemade ice cream. Cakes were so so we tried the coffee cake. We had 8 mains, 5 milkshakes, a pot of tea (Misai kucing, delish!) and 2 juices at rm280++. Water is provided. Would be good to have just water or a pot of tea since the food’s quite heavy. Ambience, service, deco & lighting were all good. Milkshakes were real good too, could be a little bit colder. (I have this thing where I feel milkshakes have to be icy ❄ cold tho hehe)
Food is average. I recieved a cold rice. However the taste of chicken is great. Really loved the enviroment, very cosy. Next time will try the cakes.
Nice place, good services and delicious food. 5/5 for the food presentation, a mix between gourmet and hipster. Fried rice in ‘lesung batu’, meehoon in ‘kuali’ and menu of the day in tiffin. Do try their fried rice and fried durian for dessert. It’s delish.
