My second time trying on gong cha due to my friend request. Tried in their signature milk tea with herbal jelly. Felt that it’s not fragrance enough. Personally still prefer tealive than gong cha.
A milk tea shop with no pearl. Even the service sucks. All the three workers work like sloth, as if a video is play at x0.5 speed. Milk tea is something that are supposed to be express. I have never experience waiting for a milk tea for 30 minutes and yet my milk tea is not even started to make yet. It’s not even crowded at that time. When I noticed some other people milk tea much after my number have collected their milk tea, I walk to the counter to check. The worker grab my receipt to check but don’t even bother to explain anything and plainly walk away. Yet some more people much much later then me already get their milk tea, mine still went missing. I went to check again. AND? Surprise surprise, my milk tea is not even started to make yet. Again the same worker check my receipt, didn’t explain anything and walk away again. I didn’t even bother to get my milk tea with this kind of service.Not even a single sorry was receive when I say I don’t need my milk tea already.Thanks. Not coming back anymore.
