for me this place was really nice if you want to hangout with a nice ambience and a little bit of privacy. the menu are very limited but worth it to try. i already going there several times.
Previously famous for Japanese restaurants, this stretch of row started to see a wave of change when more non-Japanese eateries decided to take a chance and open here. Souka offers not just coffee and cakes but you can get full meals here too. Fish and chip RM 16: deep fried tempura battered dory fish fillet served with shoestring fries, tartar sauce and lemon wedge
Ordered their red velvet cake, it was more on the chocolaty side and moist but the portion of the cream cheese frosting of my slice of cake was too thick, more than the cake itself.
