Balinese Cuisines often demonstrates complex flavour, acquired from certain ingredient and spices mixture. Balinese dishes have rich flavour; most often described as “Gurih” (savoury which equates to umami) and “Pedas” (hot and spicy) and a combination of basic taste such as Manis (Sweet), Asin (Salty), Asam (Sour), and Pahit (Bitter).
Best Balinese food I have tried so far. I just.love the menu there and the portion is just nice with a avocado drink its just perfect !You may also try the avocado with espresso.another perfect match.

Just found out they are new brand from Ole-Ole Bali. They offer lots of drinks and dish. Tried their Iga Mepanggang (ribs). Taste awesome with their combination of peanut sauce (similar to satay sauce). Who would though of that? So localize. I also tried their Balinese coffee – Coconut flavour which is good.Overall, the ambience is good with chill music. Can see they putting a lot of effort on dining experience. Definitely will come back again with family or friends.
