Ambience wise, this place is amazing. Super chilled with comfy chairs, and a nice interior as well. The fact that it operates 24/7 adds to its merits. Generous serving of coffee/ drinks as well. A medium cup of coffee itself comes in a huge mug & commensurates the price paid. However, they could improve taste wise. I had the caramel macchiato and it was a little thin in texture. My sister had the hot chocolate and it was too thick and sweet. Apart from that, it’s all good!
Coffee was great but I honestly felt that their chocolate was better. Their cakes are tasty as well and everything is priced reasonably (in comparison to Starbucks standards). The atmosphere is quite a good one since it’s quiet and spacious, being at the corner shop space. The reason for 5 stars is the service. The last time I went there with about 10 friends we couldn’t find a table and they opened the upstairs barista academy office for us just so we could hang out. One of the best nights of my life.
We ordered capuccino and hot chocolate drink with burnt cheesecake and burnt chocolate cheesecake. The place is very cozy. However, they forgot to serve the cake at first and we had to check and follow up with them. The capuccino is robust and rich while the hot choco is just normal. The best part is the burnt cheesecake. It is very smooth and flavorful. The burnt chocolate cheescake is even more flavorful and felt heaven for me.
