FIQS GASTRONOMY is a CASUAL DINING restaurant located in the heart of Subang Jaya in SS19. At FIQS we cook world cuisine reinterpreted by introducing local, Malaysian ingredients and flavor profiles into our cooking and plating. . FIQs itself is an acronym derived from Food, Innovation, and Quality. The ingredients and the flavors in our food are all locally sourced and combined with unique flavor profiles not traditionally seen in the local food scene. To enhance the customers dining experience, we innovate by refreshing our menu every 3 months or so and deploy this with the utmost care and consideration to quality. . Our flagship restaurant in Subang Jaya is the brainchild of Chef Syafiq Zane, Chef Patron, whose pursuit of self-advancement took him across the globe on a journey to perfect his arts. It was as a result of his rigorous training at the prestigious 3 Michelin Star establishment Jean Georges in New York City, that Chef Syafiq founded F.I.Q's in his desire to create beautiful, delectable dishes, all of which are incorporated into our menu.
