If you’re a vegetarian/vegan, I wouldn’t really recommend this place. The options here are limited for those with a plant-based diet, especially their buffet. Plus, the food serve is cold. I tried their wedges and could barely even swallow it. However, there are tonnes of non-vegetarian options here. Meat-lovers would definitely enjoy the food here.
I had a dinner buffer with my colleagues. Of course my boss pay the bill lah XD.But the price is not valuable since there were not many choice. However, I love the dessert bar especially durian Moses and chocolate cake.

Kitchen Art Brasserie located at Level Two of Empire Hotel Subang offers a lively and trendy all-day with a’la carte and buffet selection that will please even the most ardent gastronome. Blending seamlessly with the uber cool Shout Lounge, featuring expansive windows and a magnificently flowing ceiling, it is a guaranteed knockout experience with food for thought and feasts for the eyes, surely an irresistible proposition that is music to the ears.
We did not stay in the hotel but came for the international buffet, it’s about RM49++.The variety is not very impressive and it’s not very internatonal.I walked around to check out the spread but was bored with the choice. I took a few things as you can see ini the picture.Aglio olio is nice the first time i took it, 2nd time not so. The satay is okay not greatOtak otak is badSquid was sooo rubbery, didn’t like itAis kacang didn’t have cincau (HOW CANNN!)Rainbow cake is good not too sweetIce cream choice is okayOverall I don’t find the buffet good.
