RAKU , a family owned restaurant which first opened its doors on March 2015 in the vibrant neighbourhood of Subang Jaya. We aspire to stand out as we infuse authenthic Japanese cuisine with elements of different culinary traditions. This is done by using only good quality ingredients and embracing traditional Japanese-Italian cooking techniques. The result is a menu that encompasses the best of fusion cuisine such as our artisanal pizzas and many more. At RAKU, we believe in serving simplicity at its best.
