SATAY a dish of grilled meat, served with  peanut sauce. Satay comes in different type such as chicken, mutton, beef, fish and others. Authentic one are those grilled with the midrib of the coconut palm frond, but at times you will find those from bamboo skewers. Grilled over charcoal fire. You may find some served with peanut sauce, some with a combination of peanut sauce with soy sauce.
