To Restaurant De House,I’m writing to air my complaints about the very poor service that I received at your restaurant, De House on 24 December 2017 in regards to the staff’s attitude and lack of communication which have spoiled our high expectations of your restaurant and eventually spoiled the evening for my family and friends.On that day,we arrived at the restaurant and no one received us.I have tried to discuss with her that this is not what I have booked for but her conversations manner is appealing.She didn’t listen and didn’t give me a chance to speak and constantly tried to silence me up which I found very uncomfortable and irrespectable.The food was wrongly served and wasn’t follow what customer need.And they also charged the bill wrongly.I’m very dissapointed with the restaurant,De House
