A place to hang up for lunch. Their shop favourite stall will be the pork pepper soup which u need to be ready to have a queue in order to have a taste on it. This food been published on the newspaper so worth to have a try.
Hidden gem within The USJ enclave. While Tian Tian looks like any ordinary hawker in the vicinity, the real appeal is invisible to outsiders.@ Among the stalls that populate the corner, Zhang ji pepper soup is so far the all time best in Klang Valley. In the past week, we visited Ah Heng pig stomach pepper soup, which though rich in variety, her taste pales in comparison to what we have here. Upon arrival, you will notice the long queue and that’s where you wanna be. Forget every other stall and had straight over. You will have a choice of white pepper soup or the brown lotus root soup. Both of which are impossibly good, but if you are not a seasoned champion of sambal and chili padi, it is recommended to stick with the lotus root. Served with a generous helping of pork belly, pig stomach, chicken feet, and peanuts, this savory meal will set you back RM 7.70, which is reasonable to say the least. There is something magical about saying hi to the chef that’s gonna cook your meal, which is something unique in hawker stalls, so do go ahead and pay a compliment to the uncle who is quickly becoming a legend. Old as he is, he has a bubbly character and always with a smile. For tips on the best time to visit with the shortest queue, check me out on FB and I’ll share you my secret!
