If you cannot go to Thailand for your holidays, maybe you could spend an evening at Baan Thai and get the Thai feel at a fraction of the cost. Not cheap but worth the money spend.
Worst ever place to go for foodVery EXPENSIVE AND NO TASTE We never expect that bad quality of food and services.
The ambience is cosy. Service is fast with tasty food. You will be served complimentary pandan drink. We ordered a large deep fried fish, vegetable (water morning glory) and tomyum prawn cost about USD117 for 3 person with two plates of rice.
Having done a few Thai restaurants in Male, this is one to go for. It is not cheap although not the most expensive for the food, the service and the overall food quality.
