The Grassy Hopper was first launched in October 2013 with a mobile vegetarian kiosk situated in Ta'Xbiex. Soon after, the success of the initial outlet led to project number 2 - the conversion of a Pastizzeria in Valletta into Grassy Hopper #2. Bringing vegetarian options to the city.
