Da Manuel Restaurant has been in operation since 1993.It is run by Emmanuel Buttigieg, who is also the chef and his family . Mr Buttigieg trained as a chef at the famed New York's Alberto's, located in the infuential New York neighborhood of Forest Hills Gardens. At Da Manuel, the food itself is excellent as fresh ingredients are creatively used. Located in Xlendi, Gozo, Da Manuel is an ideal restaurant for dining as clients are spoilt for choice. We offer an extensive a la carte menu which includes local dishes as well as daily specialties which vary from season to season. Moreover, Da Manuel is fairly popular for pasta particularly its home made pasta such as the Pappardelle and the Gozo Ravioli.
