Tal-Furnar Restaurant is a family run business. We specialise in Local Gozitan Food such as Local Lamb, Rabbit and various other meats which are cooked in our hundred year old stone oven. We firmly believe in the farm to table concept and we grow and make most of the ingredients we use our selves. From the local sheep cheese to the bread and vegetables and wine too we make it all as it gives us a great pleasure to serve food which we are proud of and know where it comes from.
