Mobile food trailer serving traditional Belgian fries & snacks in Malta. Everything is fried in Belgian refined beef fat (aka beef tallow). Fries are freshly cut every day and are double-fried: once during the pre-fry and a second time when you place the order at a higher temperature. Result: Belgian fries with a rich golden colour, crispy on the outside and perfectly fluffy on the inside!
