Chef patrons Luke Piscopo and Isaac Sciberras both with years of experience in top restaurants in Malta and also abroad have managed to open a unique restaurant in Rabat delivering high quality food by scavenging for the freshest produce available on the island. The kitchen at Umami searched for new techniques in cooking to assure an unforgettable experience of food to their guests. The Menu is small and consistently changing seasonal with specials including fresh fish daily. The menu is also available for gluten free.
