Located in the south of Malta, Sepia opened its door in December 2014. Chef/Patron Jonathan Vassallo welcomes you. Warm, knowledgeable, professional staff will extend genuine hospitality as they guide you through your dining experience. Apart from the menu, we focus more on specialties. This is for the simple fact that just as the seasons change so does our food. We use local ingredients and the freshest possible. Our aim is to give you a rich experience and to present a cuisine where texture, purity of flavour and balance is paramount. As the menu changes frequently our customers can have a unique dining experience each visit. Upon ordering, the chef prepares delicious Amuse-bouche which translates to "mouth amuser" to offer a glimpse into the chef's approach to the art of cuisine.
