Named to honour the San Giovanni (V) that was commissioned by the Knights over 200 years ago, our restaurant holds a series of analogies with the 64-Gun ship. We had a lovely dinner here, the menu is interesting, good quality ingredients prepared in an interesting way. Most of the staff are efficient but there seemed to be a little confusion at times.
Couldn’t fault the food or wine! Had an assortment of dishes cooked to perfection. Staff were great too! Would like to see some side dishes served with mains! I’ll be back when I next come to Valletta!
