I’m going to do my best and not ruin the sensory experience that was Aziamendi100 by writing about it. I had the tasting menu with 10 items, paired with the regional wine, and the whole experience was seamless.
An outstanding experience + meal with outstanding service. Every little touch was perfection, and I doubt I’ll have many dining experiences like this in my lifetime. Quite a splurge of a meal, but the 10-course tasting menu with the regional wine pairing was immeasurably wonderful.
Tasted both the normal and the ultimate menu.It was an unforgettable dining experience, kickshow meals, professional service, nice wines.Wine coupling to the meals could have been better though, and wine glasses were not adequate in all cases.
