Part of the Valetta Philarmonic Society. A place where mainly local people go.A bit old fashioned but so genuine and authentic including ones playing snooker.A must go if you like genuine local places.
Bad manners and after over one hour of waiting we had to leave without our food order. They were not busy at all.
This is a place to sit and have drinks and people watch. We didn’t eat here but what we saw looked very good and people were happy and smiling. This, for us was pre lunch time drinks to rest from sight seeing
