LUNCH MEMBERSHIP. Casino Maltese is a members' club and lunch membership is available against a fee. Lunch is prepared Monday to Friday from 12:30 to 14:30 by award-winning chef Mark Gauci. Some may remember Mark as Chef Patron of "The Kitchen" in Sliema from Sept 2004-Mar 2012. LUNCH in the Dining Room (closed in August - re-opens first Monday in Sept) Booking at least 24-hrs in advance Minimum dress code: smart-casual city wear. For gentlemen: no tie required. Jacket in winter. Ladies to the same standard. No sportwear/sports shoes or shorts. The Club is open to adults over 18. Lunch membership fee: 2 per person. Membership fee and bills to be settled on the day by cheque/cash.
