We at Salumeria offer our clients a nice selection of sharing options paired with some great local and foreign wine. Our menu consists of items such as our signature cheese & charcuterie platter. Aside from the good local wine, we have a selection of Maltese Craft beer, Gins , Whisky and any other of your preferred poisons ;) Bottom line, it's a small cozy cafe meets bar in the heart of Valletta. -- Our Salumeria Cheese & Charcuterie Platter is our signature dish. We offer a nice selection of complementing cheese and salami which varies and changes depending on supply.
