Fat Cat Is a Gourmet Pancake House and American bakery. We bring to Baja wonderful buttermilk pancakes in a large variety of styles. We also have different egg dishes including our incredible omelettes. We make everything from scratch including our 4 different types of syrup. We are famous for our Cinnamon Rolls. Everything we do is from scratch!
