Our concept is based, first, to provide a warm, detailed and professional service, which makes our customers feel, not as customers but as friends. We are focused on making our customers live a different experience and make frequent return. Besides service quality, product quality we offer is quite important to us. We are very concerned to provide our customers the best quality we can in everything we use, preparing ourselves some of the products we use to provide better flavor and freshness. The atmosphere we provide is also an important factor for our concept in B Coffee. We have always had in mind to offer the warmth of a home, that is why we wanted to put ourselves in a house. The furniture and decoration we use is simple and monochromatic, but also achieves the warmth that we provide. Our team is committed and passionate about what we do. For all of us it is important to convey our passion for what we do in this place. And our goal is that our customers come to spend some time with their loved ones, friends, or even study or work. Although we can not meet the expectations of several in this last point, because we do not provide internet service to our customers. The purpose of this is, as I said at the beginning, that our customers live a different experience. We want that our place, becomes a place of personal encounters and personal connection.
