A restaurant that makes you travel 500 years into the past through its gastronomic proposal. Enjoy the cuisine of the Colonial Period in the Province of Chiapas, when it belonged to the Captaincy General of Guatemala, from 1521 to 1821. The proposal for the captaincy is to promote traditional dishes of Chiapas, also have those recipes that were lost over time by social, political and religious issues that happened in Chiapas after the Spanish conquest in 1521.
