We offer you the best Barbacoa original from the state of Hidalgo. This Barbacoa is simply lamb cooked in steam accompanied with our Consome (lamb soup). Topped with our homemade salsas that include, chile pasilla, chile habanero w/lime and our homemade guacamole. We also offer Cochinita pibil which is pork cooked with Axiote (plant grown in Mexico) and fresh squeezed oranges for exquisite flavor.
