My wife and I went here for our 1st dinner in Puerto Vallarta only to find the restaurant is permanently closed with no notice posted on the building we asked the vendors in the area and they said it closed in early January 2019.
We were needing a break from walking the Isla Mall so we stopped here at Carlos’n Charlie’s. Good food. Good service. Cold drinks!Recommended but not too authentic.
I have used OpenTable to book this place twice, and twice the reservation is magically “cancelled”.You try to call the number provided in the reservation, and no one answers.Very poor customer service.
Always like going to Carlos n Charlie’s stay close to there stop by several times a year service is always great and friendly Evesto the waiter and Alex the manager always very helpful food is always delicious and entertainment from all the staff is great.
The menu is vast – ranging from oysters to hamburgers. Service staff is courteous & attentive. The only negative is trying to carry on a conversation with the music turned way too loud,
