There is a reason why this place is ranked in the bottom of all the restaurants in PVR. Overprized, horrible food along with slow and unfriendly service while listening to high volume music? That’s a no-no. Never, ever again.
Cocos Locos was a neat place with friendly staff but not sure I would want to make a note to return here. Was very touristy, which we typically aren’t into. If you ARE into that sort of thing it could be a fun place.
