The Ruiz sisters discovered this dessert from Taiwan and are the first to introduce "Snow you can eat" to Puerto Vallarta . They developed a menu which utilizes many of the local ingredients of Mexico. It's not ice cream and it is not shaved ice. "Snow" is a cold dessert topped with carefully selected toppings and artfully crafted to make each creation unique.
